Demolition continued

Learning how to swing an axe

Levi is much better at this than me

Our dining room. The dividing wall is torn down. The huge doorway will be the door to the kitchen. We will have exposed brick in the kitchen. That door was framed to be a tiny little door to the bathroom, I can't believe they were hiding this beautiful doorway!

Looking from the kitchen into the library

Our new foyer. The stairs will be open and grand!

Anyone need a ceiling fan?

Once the major demolition is done, we have a lot of nails to remove. Actually I believe my sister gave herself a black eye with this job at her house.

The upstairs living room, the RED room from before pics

I love the look of this mantle with the paint scraped off

Upstairs guest bedroom

Upstairs master bedroom

This is lathe, what they put up to hold the plaster
Upstairs bathroom before, see that gross tub insert?
Turns out there was a window behind there. Hidden windows, YES!!! My brother Ben helped Levi yesterday

Old pic of the first day we arrived and tore down the fireplace. Glad that fire didn't burn our house down!

When not working on the house, we are spending a lot of time on boats!
